It’s been damp and raining for the past few days but when I woke up today, I decided it wasn’t going to halt anymore of my productivity. I paused my Netflix, threw on my rubber boots, grabbed my Nikon and headed out for a little walk to see what I could find. I’m pleasantly satisfied with the shots I attained today and glad I got out in the fresh air! I typically only take my 50mm f/1.4 when I go on these walks. I loathe dragging more than one lens at a time and I like the challenge of walking around with only a prime lens as it fixes the space you have in a frame, making it more interesting. I didn’t venture much further than the grove in front of my dad’s house on the lake but that was enough to grab a few good captures! It just goes to show you don’t always have to overthink creativity!
